Your child doesn't have to be a mystery

In about 30 seconds you can find out how your child wants to be loved, what they need from you, what sets them off, and why the same thing works on one of your kids and not the other.

My approach

Understanding your child changes everything

Every child is born with their own nature and their own set of needs, and those needs have to be met before a child feels settled. When they are not, it comes out as behavior. So I never start with the behavior. I start with what your child is asking for.

How it works

It starts with your child's birthday

Your child's date of birth gives us their chart, and every number on it stands for something they need in order to feel settled. One child needs predictability and order, another needs to feel like they are needed, another needs to be seen and acknowledged. It is a little like love languages, except you are not guessing, and your child carries several at once.

I wrote Understand Your Child in 30 Seconds for the parent who has read all the advice and still feels like none of it was written about her own child. There is a page for every number, and all it takes to get started is a birthday.
